Who operates BananaBanana?

Rari LTD, the company behind BananaBanana, is a small independent operator, not a division of a model provider and not part of anyone's partner programme. The product is narrow on purpose: you top up a balance, each generation deducts a fixed price, and nothing renews on a schedule. There is no sales team, no enterprise tier and no contract to negotiate before the first image.

Accounts, balances, generation history and generated files sit on servers in Germany. Everything the company promises in writing lives in three documents — the terms of service, the privacy policy and the content policy — and the about page names the same entity and address you see here.

Your counterparty is named. The entity on the top-up is the entity the terms bind, at an address where legal notices can be served. That is the part most crypto-funded AI proxies leave blank.

The balance is refundable. You can ask for the unused part back at any time while the account is active — no deadline — and failed generations are returned to the balance automatically. Minimum top-ups start around a dollar, so there is no reason to park a large sum.

There is no SLA. A small operator without a service-level agreement is exactly what this is: outages are possible and nothing is paid out for them. What does not happen is being billed for a generation that did not finish.

The operator name and address are printed in the footer of every page, in section 1 of the terms, in section 1 of the privacy policy and in the structured data the site publishes about itself. If any of those disagree with each other, the discrepancy is a bug worth reporting — they are meant to be identical.

Support answers from the same domain as the service. Billing requests get a reply within three business days; media licensing and privacy requests take up to thirty days at the outside, and usually far less.
