Where the models actually run
Whose models generate my content?
The model you pick decides. From Google: the Gemini image models (marketed as Nano Banana 2, 2 Lite and Pro), Veo 3.1 and Gemini Omni Flash video, Gemini Flash TTS speech. From OpenAI: GPT Image. From Alibaba: Qwen Image and Wan video. From xAI: Grok Imagine Video. We never swap the model you selected for another one. We do not train or host models of our own, and we do not fine-tune anything on your content.
We reach those models through several access channels and pick one per request based on the model, the resolution and what is available at that moment. Section 4 of the Privacy Policy spells out what leaves our servers with a request and what stays behind. If your work is under an NDA, read that section before you upload it.
Where does my data live?
Accounts, balances, generation history and generated files sit on our servers in Germany (Hetzner, Falkenstein). Generated images, video and audio are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically — download what you want to keep. Uploaded source videos are removed within 24 hours of the generation finishing.
Country lookup runs from a local database, so your IP address is not handed to a geolocation service. We do not run ad pixels or cross-site trackers, and we do not sell personal data.
03Money
Prepaid balance, refundable
Pay per generation
No subscription and no monthly minimum. Every model has a fixed price, shown before you press the button and charged from your balance.
Failures cost nothing
If a generation fails or the provider's safety classifier blocks the output, the charge returns to your balance automatically — no ticket needed.
Refund of unused balance
Ask any time while your account is active; there is no deadline. We return what you topped up and have not spent, minus promotional bonus credits.
Top up small
Minimum deposits start around $1 depending on the coin, and the balance never expires — there is no reason to park a large sum here.

What we do not promise
Is there an uptime guarantee?
No. We run a small service without an SLA: planned deploys are near-instant, but Google capacity problems, a provider outage or a bug can interrupt generation, and we do not pay penalties for downtime. What we do promise is that an interrupted generation is not billed. If a service level in writing is a requirement for you, buy from Google Cloud directly.
What are the risks of paying in crypto?
An on-chain transfer cannot be reversed once broadcast — there is no chargeback to fall back on. That is why the minimum crypto deposit is small (from $1, depending on the coin and network), the balance never expires, and refunds of the unused part have no deadline. Send to the address shown in your account, include the memo when the network asks for one, and start with an amount you would not mind testing with.
Crypto is not the only option: card, PayPal and SEPA top-ups start at $20 and run inside PayPal's own window, so card details never reach us and the payment keeps the protections PayPal gives it. It is a one-off payment either way: no subscription, nothing saved for later charges, and the balance never expires.
Can my account be closed?
Yes — for the things listed in our content policy: CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation-grade deepfakes, and abuse of the free welcome balance or of the referral programme. We do not close accounts to keep a balance: if we end our side of the relationship, the unspent balance is refundable on the same terms as always.

Content policy — what may not be generated and how the safety filters behave. Answers — one page per question, checked against the live platform.
